Lava Flow Cocktail

Equipment
- Jigger or Measuring Cup
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 oz Malibu Rum
- 3 oz Finest Call Pina Colada Puree
- 3 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 Fresh Banana
- 1 oz Finest Call Strawberry Puree
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (with exception of the strawberry puree) in your blender base.
- Blend until your able to pour without a spatula. (add additional pineapple juice if too thick)
- In your glass add 1oz of strawberry puree to the bottom. In a circular motion work this puree up the glass. This will coat your empty glass with a light strawberry layer.
- Pour your pina colada mixture into your glass and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy
