Jigger or Measuring Cup
Muddler
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi White Rum
- 3 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tbs Granulated Sugar or Simple Syrup
- 5 oz Club soda
- 2-3 Lime wedges
- 5-10 Mint Leaves
- Ice
Place mint leaves and lime 1 wedge into a glass.
Use a muddler and muddle. (This releases mint oils and lime juice)
Add remaining lime wedges and sugar, then muddle again. (Do not strain the first mixture)
Fill the glass halfway with ice.
Smack and add 1-2 mint leaves then fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
Add your rum and top with club soda.
Serve with a straw and enjoy!
