Gin Paloma
Ok we know, it’s not really a Paloma per say but this Gin Paloma recipe is inspired by the traditional paloma cocktail. With this recipe we take all the lively and refreshing qualities of traditional grapefruit flavored cocktail and—well, we use Gin.

Jigger or Measuring Cup
Bar Spoon
- 1.5 oz Tanqueray Gin
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- ¼ oz Agave Syrup
- 1 oz Club soda
- Garnish Lime
Add your Gin, Grapefruit Juice, and Agave into a high ball.
With your bar spoon stir well.
Fill your glass with ice and top with club soda.
Give it a gentle stir to ensure all ingredients are mixed together.
Garnish with lime wheel.

What is gin?
Gin is a distilled alcoholic beverage that revolves around juniper “berries” as a main ingredient. Gin has been around for a while, with origins in the Middle Ages as herbal medicine, but through time and a little marketing gin became a desirable alcoholic drink imported and sold all over the world by the spirits industry.
