Equipment

  • 3oz Portion Cups with lids
  • Measuring Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vodka
  • 1 pack Lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup Hot water or to gelatin requirements
  • Granulated sugar for garnish rim

Instructions
 

  • Prepare you Jell-O mix replacing the requested cold-water ingredient for vodka.
  • Once thoroughly mixed, fill your 3oz portion cups up leaving space for the lid and rim garnish.
  • Allow to chill.
  • Once Chilled, if serving right away take a lemon wedge and wipe along the rim of your set Jell-O cups and rim with sugar for garnish. If serving later leave Jell-O’s capped and garnish before serving.
