Cherry Mojito

This classic cherry mojito cocktail is a combination of a few simple ingredients, resulting in one of the most refreshing and balanced drink that’s not too sweet nor too tart. Although when crafted correctly this drink take a bit more labor than many mixed drinks, due to lost task of muddling fresh ingredients, however its worth every drop of “sweat” you put into making one of these summertime delicacies. Equipment

  • High Ball Glass
  • Jigger or Measuring Cup
  • Muddler

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi White Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tbs Sugar
  • 3 oz Finest Call Mojito Mix
  • 5 oz Club soda
  • 3-4 Lime wedges
  • 3-5 cherries
  • 5-10 Mint Leaves
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Place 4-5 mint leaves, 2 lime wedges and your tablespoon of sugar into a glass. Use a muddler and muddle. (This releases mint oils and lime juice)
  • Add remaining lime wedges and cherries, then muddle again lightly this time. (Do not strain the first mixture)
  • Fill the glass halfway with ice.
  • Smack and add 1-2 mint leaves and a couple more cherries if you like. Then fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
  • Add your rum and mojito mix.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Serve with a straw and enjoy!
