Frozen Peach Bellini Sangria

This Frozen Peach Bellini Sangria recipe is a fun take on the traditional Frozen Peach Bellini. This fruity cocktail is classy, light, refreshing and unbelievably easy to make! Summer Party? Dressing up or not this elegant frozen cocktail will be a hit.

Equipment

  • Pint or Collins Glass
  • Blender
  • Jigger or Measuring Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Frozen Peaches
  • 2 cups Champagne
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 5-6 oz Red Wine for layering We used Josh Merlot

Instructions
 

  • Add your Frozen Peaches, Champagne, and Orange Juice to your Blender.
  • Blend on low until you reach a slush texture. The mixture should be easy to pour without a spatula but not too loose. (Add more Orange Juice if your mixture is too thick)
  • In the bottom of you glass add 2-3 ounces of your frozen mixture follow by 1 oz of Red Wine.
  • Repeat this layering process 3 to 4 times or until your glass is filled.
  • Add a straw and garnish with a slice of orange.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tips: For a sweeter peach flavor try freezing canned peaches in a freezer bag over night! DON’T STRAIN canned peaches often are packaged with a sweet syrup like a peach flavored simple syrup! Once frozen solid substitute 2 cups of this versus frozen bagged peaches which are often frozen just before peak sweetness.
Need more? Big Brunch? If your blender can handle it double the recipe and serve in a glass pitcher! Use the same layering technique and you can even pop this in the freezer for short term storage, just be careful not to let it freeze over.
