What is in a whiskey sour?
There are only three ingredients in a classic Whiskey Sour Drink recipe. Bourbon, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup. It’s important to use fresh lemon juice in this recipe as premade mixers just don’t seem to balance out as easily making for an over tart cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces bourbon
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- (garnish) ½ orange wheel
- (garnish) Maraschino cherry
QUICK SHOP
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in your shaker and shake vigorously about 20-25 seconds.
- Strain cocktail through your strainer into your rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
