
Pineapple Mojito
In this recipe we added a sweet twist to a classic mojito cocktail. Using just a few simple ingredients, this recipe makes for one the most refreshing and balanced drinks that’s not too sweet nor too tart. Although when crafted correctly this drink takes a bit more labor than many mixed drinks, due to lost task of muddling fresh ingredients, however its worth every drop of “sweat” you put into making one of these summertime delicacies. A mojito is a rum-based drink that originated in Cuba. This cocktail uses fresh ingredients that typically were readily available in Cuba (white rum, lime, mint, and sugar). Finished off with a bit club soda which helps add to the perfect balance of this cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
- (1 1/2oz) Bacardi White Rum
- (1oz) Fresh Lime Juice
- (3oz) Finest Call Mojito Mix
- (5oz) Club soda
- Pineapple Chunks
- 3-4 Lime wedges
- 5-10 Mint Leaves
- Ice
QUICK SHOP
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place 4-5 mint leaves, 2 lime wedges and a few pineapple chunks into a glass. Using your muddler, muddle these ingredients. (This releases mint oils and lime juice)
- Add remaining lime wedges then muddle again lightly this time. (Do not strain the first mixture)
- Fill the glass halfway with ice.
- Add your rum, mojito mix.
- Using your bar spoon stir these ingredients. Then fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy!
