JAMESON GREEN TEA SHOT

You’ll be a true hero when you order around of these on a night out, most shots are cringe worthy, this one is so good (almost too good) you’ll have to convince your crew it even actually had alcohol. This quick four ingredient shot is personal favorite of ours, the green tea shot is a simple shot that arguably has the most spot-on name as it tastes and looks almost identical to a classic green tea; sweetened with extra lemon of course.

  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Fresh lemon juice

Combine equal parts in a mason jar shake and store for up to 3 weeks.

FAQS:

The green tea shot was originated by the Jameson Whiskey company – So while not mandatory and you can use just about any whiskey for this recipe, it’s tradition to go the good ole fashioned way.

While majority of the internet insists this shot was named after its tea like color, it’s hard to believe there’s no way the taste of the shot had nothing to do with it.
